from the inspiring woman producer Ismeria Leon, a proud member of the
Aromas del Valle co-operative.
Her beautiful 2-hectare farm in Santa Teresa, Callyuc, thrives at an elevation
of 2,250 masl, offering the perfect conditions for growing specialty coffee,
enhanced by abundant sunshine and refreshing coolness. Ismeria and her
dedicated sister Merly, who also runs a nearby farm, are passionate about
elevating quality and productivity.
This delightful, washed lot, benefits from a meticulous 48-hour anaerobic
fermentation process before washing, highlighting their commitment to
excellence!
